This evening the Boston Circus Guild kicks off the Halloween season in Harvard Square with their 4th annual Cirque of the Dead. It’s an immersive combination of acrobatic spectacle, and the spectral amusements of the season, with live music, sideshow, burlesque, and other diabolic divertissement. Running through Saturday the 29th.
This week at Oberon Wolf 359’s production Song of a Convalescent Ayn Rand Giving Thanks to the Godhead (In the Lydian Mode) continues. An examination of art and pain, with song and drag, and well earned snarkiness about objectivism. Worth it for the “re enactment” of the “love scene” from The Fountainhead alone.
